OUR RATES – We Keep It Simple!

There are NO set up fees or renewal fees that many companies charge.

1/2 Months Rent – Most places charge a full months rent. We charge 1/2 of that. We ALSO waive first months mangement fee! Also a free appraisal on your property!

10% Management Fee – For multiple properties 8%.
